At Zubu Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Checking Policy (Very Important)

We strongly request all customers to check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

  • If you find any wrong item, size issue, defect, or damage, please inform the delivery person immediately and do not accept the parcel.
  • Once the product is accepted and the delivery person leaves, no complaint regarding damage, defect, or missing items will be accepted.

This helps us ensure a smooth and fair return process.

2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • Size or model is different from your order

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With original box, packaging, and tags intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance / Discounted sale items (if mentioned as non-returnable)

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number, clear product photos/videos, and reason for return
  • Our team will review and guide you through the return process

Return shipping cost may be applicable depending on the reason for return.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued within 3–7 working days after approval
  • Refund will be made via original payment method or store credit
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for:

  • Size issues
  • Model replacement (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
